Do you enjoy treating yourself to a Starbuck’s but are now worried about just how much they are costing you on the calorie front?  Well you may be interested to learn that Weight Watchers points for Starbucks coffee is now available as they have been included in the Weight Watchers Restaurant Points scheme.

The Weight Watchers Restaurant Points is a list of some of America’s more popular restaurants and on which they provide the point values of a selection of meals and drinks.  This list is provided in their Dining Out Companion booklet and is small enough to fit into any size purse.  This means that no matter where they are people involved with Weight Watchers can keep a track on what foods they are eating.

As Starbuck’s is one of the most popular places for people to stop for a coffee and chat with their friends it was decided that they should be included in this booklet from Weight Watchers as well.  Below are provided details of the point’s value of particular drinks that are produced at your local Starbuck.

So whether your goal is to lose weight, gain energy or just be a little healthier you could probably do with eating a little less of certain foods (dairy, animal protein and processed foods) and much more of others (vegetables and fruit).  But by taking a look around the Internet you will soon find plenty of sites offering details on the Weight Watchers points for Starbucks coffee.  So no longer will you need to worry if that tall Caffe Latte that you have just ordered made with non fat milk is actually good for you or not.
